Composition : Loteprednol Etabonate 0.5%

Indications :

loteprednol etabonate is indicated for the treatment of steroid responsive inflammatory conditions of the conjunctiva, cornea and anterior segment such as allergic conjunctivitis, acne rosacea, superficial keratitis, herpes zoster keratitis, iritis, cyclitis

Recommended :

• This medication should be used only under the supervision of a physician or pharmacist, as the dosage and duration of treatment depend on the type and severity of the condition.

• For eye inflammation: Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) four times daily. The dosage may be increased to 1 drop every hour, if necessary.
Caution: Do not discontinue the medication prematurely without medical advice.

• For postoperative inflammation and pain: Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) four times daily, starting 24 hours after surgery, and continue for 2 weeks.

• Patients should remove contact lenses before using the eye drops, and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.

• Shake the bottle well before each use.
